Payments can be received daily, during our regular office hours or through our night deposit box, located at the east side of the front door.
Cashiers checks, money order, or personal checks can be accepted.
An official court receipt will be issued for every payment made. Please retain the receipt as proof of payment. Please make all checks payable to: Fountain Green City Justice Court
Cash should not be mailed to the court. If a check issued by you has been dishonored and returned to us, a service fee of $20 will be required.
