The City workers have been working with professionals to choose the places that they have been set to try and diffuse any other water coming through properties so the sand bags that are placed are there for a reason. Fountain Green Flooding Notice

Fountain Green, as you know, we have had major flooding in the city. First, if you have been affected will you please call the city offices at 435-445-3453.

Sandbags are being delivered to the Fountain Green City Offices. Citizens can come and get sandbags from here if you are in need. It is not here yet but keep an eye out if you want some. Fountain Green will post again when it arrives.

The officials of Fountain Green City are researching and doing all that we can. Right now, we want to get the word out that dumpsters are coming. Large dumpsters will be placed around the town to allow for those affected by flooding to use. If you were affected by flood and require a small dumpster directly at your address, please contact North Sanpete Disposal at 435-462-3173. Sanpete County is paying for this service for those that were affected by the flood.

If you would like to volunteer, please come to the City Building at 375 North State Street in Fountain Green and we can give you the addresses that request assistance. We need to track any volunteer hours that are spent assisting our citizens for each volunteer. This is very important so please write down the number of hours for each volunteer and turn them into the city. If you are a business that is volunteering, please "invoice" let us know your hours and equipment used.
